This trek lies in the eastern part of Nepal with a height of 3500m. This is a moderate type of trek with glorious view over mountain. This area located to the west of Khumbu is the secluded and rarely visited. The upper reaches of the valley are connected to Solukhumbu by the high and difficult pass of Trashi Labtra. Some basic mountaineering skills are required to cross the pass. This trek starts from Rolwalling and ends at Khumbu or starts from Khumbu and ends at Rolwalling. Both sides are possible but with required aclametisation. * There are two icefalls on the route. At the end of Glacier is the massive cho Rolpa Glacial lack. This lack, which is now being drained, was at one time threatening to burst and inundate much of the Rolwaling valley. On the route the upper Rolwalling valley is hammed in by mountains on both sides with the bulk of Gaurishankar Himal on the northern side. The settlements of Nah and Beding are Sherpa villages.Between the Everest and Langtang regions is the stunning mid-Eastern range of the Himalayas; the Rolwaling valley. This is home to famous peaks such as Mount Ghauri Shankar (7134m), Dorje Lakpa, and many others. A few miles south of the Tibetan border it is known as one of the seven hidden valleys in the Himalayas. This is a wild and barely explored district where legendary tales of the abominable snowman, known as the "Yeti", haunt the imagination of climbers. On the slope of Rolwaling Peak itself, the famous British mountaineer, Eric Shipton, first photographed Yeti footprints in 1951.
