Rara lake trekking lies in the remote Karnali region, north-west of Kathmandu. The region is made-up of long ridges covered with forests and alpine pastures enclosed with high valleys.

The trail is yet "off the beaten path", as there are scenes and the glimpse of culture, lifestyles of people living in the region are really different from the rest of the country. Moreover the major attraction of the region is that there lies one of the biggest lakes in Nepal.

Alongside the trail to mountain, there are series of picturesque villages and a distinctive culture and traditions of the local people residing in the area, which provide visitors a unique experience and make them feel a wonderful holidays.

One more major attraction in the region is that there is a Rara National Park. It is considered to be the dream for any nature lovers, as it provides a look of many rare species of animals and birds including the gaur, serow, musk deer, yellow-throated martin and a wide variety of birds such as the impeyan pheasant, Kalij and dove ect are also in the park.

Itinerary
Day 01.     Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345meters). You will be met by our representative And transfer to hotel and a short brief about the trekking after refreshment.
Day 02.     Kathmandu fly to Nepalgunj .
Day 03.     Nepalgunj fly to Jumla .
Day 04.     Trek to Danphe Langa.
Day 05.     Trek to to Chautha.
Day 06.     Trek to Dhotu.
Day 07.     Trek to to Rara lake (3040m).
Day 08.     Explore around Rara Lake. 
Day 09.     Trek Ghorasain.
Day 10.     Trek to Sinja.
Day 11.     Trek to Jaljala Chaur.
Day 12.     Trek to Jumla.
Day 13.     Fly to Nepaljung and to Kathmandu.
Day 14.     Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure.
